Refund and Returns Policy

At Kitchens Baths & More, your satisfaction matters to us. If something isn't right with your order, we're here to make it easy to fix.

Return Window

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition to qualify for a return.

No Restocking Fees

We don't believe in charging you extra just to make a return. Eligible returns are accepted with no restocking fees.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom or made-to-order items, clearance/final sale products, and items that show signs of use or installation are not eligible for return unless defective.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges within the same 30-day window. If you'd like a different size, style, color, or finish, simply follow the return steps below and let us know you'd like an exchange instead of a refund. Once we receive your original item, we'll ship out your replacement.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact us through our Email  contact@kbm120.com or Call Us at +1 765-832-6003  within 30 days of delivery, including your order number and reason for return.
  2. Receive your return authorization and shipping label from our support team via email.
  3. Download and print your return label at home or at any shipping carrier location.
  4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, making sure it's unused and in resalable condition, and attach the printed label to the package.
  5. Drop off your package at the designated carrier location. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  6. Await confirmation — once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm approval.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method, with no restocking fees deducted.

Order Cancellations

Need to cancel instead of return? Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they enter processing. Since processing takes 2–3 business days, contact us as soon as possible with your order number, and we'll do our best to stop the order before it ships. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, but you're welcome to return it once delivered, following the return steps above.
