Shipping Policy
At Kitchens Baths & More, we know you're eager to get your cabinets and start your project. Here's everything you need to know about how we process and ship your order.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days before shipping. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
Order Cut-Off Time
Order Cut-off time is 6 PM EST. Orders placed before 6:00 PM EST will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after 6:00 PM EST, or on weekends and holidays, will begin processing the next business day.
Shipping Time
Once your order ships, transit time is typically 3–5 business days, depending on your delivery location.
Estimated Total Delivery Time
From order placement to delivery, most customers can expect their cabinets to arrive within 5–8 business days. Please note that processing and shipping times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control, such as carrier delays or severe weather.
Shipping Rates
- Orders over $100 — Free standard shipping
- Orders under $100 — Flat rate shipping of $10
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. If you have questions about shipping to your specific location, please contact us before placing your order.
Delivery Issues
Please inspect your package as soon as it arrives. If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue quickly.
